Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking require payment in advance in full and completion of a health form (which we will send to you on receipt of payment and confirmation of booking). If the completed health form and payment are not received at least 48 hours before your session we may offer your session to someone else. In order to be eligible for block booking discount, payment will be required for all sessions. Please contact me directly to make and pay for block bookings. If you have to canceller move any session: you may transfer your place to someone else up to 48 hours before the event. If someone else takes your place, they will also need to complete and submit to me a health form in advance of the session. It is your responsibility to make arrangements transfer your placebo someone else and to notify SISU Sound Serenity of the transfer at least 48 hours prior to the time of the session. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the session and do not transfer your place to someone else you will be refunded with 50% of the fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, no refunds will be made other than if exceptional circumstances apply and at the sole discretion of SISU Sound Serenity Limited. If SISU Sound Serenity has to cancel or move any session: we will transfer your session to another date or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer. Contraindications: Please note that if you have any of the following contraindications, it is advisable not to attend a sound therapy session without first consulting with and seeking approval from your GP. - First trimester of pregnancy. - A serious medical or mental health condition. - Frequency triggered epilepsy or any seizures/other conditions triggered by sound. Other considerations - If you have tinnitus, a pacemaker, metal implants from recent surgery, or any other health conditions that may require support, please let me know in advance. If you are under 16 years of age, a parent/guardian will need to complete and sign a health form on your behalf.
