Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in advance to confirm your place. Please use the online booking link. All participants/clients will be required to complete and submit a health form in advance of the session/event. Refunds are available up to 7 days beforehand. No refunds will be provided after this time but you may transfer your place to another person, provided that you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event. Your substitute will need to complete a health form before the session/event. If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your place to our next available session/event, or provide you with a full refund, at your option.
